Return & Refund Policy

Please note that we are a very small operation and greatly appreciate your efforts to minimize and streamline individual email communication. All purchases are final and non-refundable but we will make sure you are completely happy with your flowers. Emails will be sent to all recipients prior to each delivery/pickup to communicate and confirm exact delivery/pick up dates and times.

We want you to love what you receive. Due to the perishable nature of our products, all flower sales are final. If there’s an issue with your order, please reach out within 24 hours of delivery so we can make it right.

No refunds will be issued for unused bouquet deliveries.

In regards to becoming a Subscription Member (or Flower CSA Member), we applaud your commitment to enjoy sustainable, locally-grown, fresh cut flowers by sharing in the harvest throughout the growing season. When you join a CSA (which stands for Community Supported Agriculture), you are helping Circus Seed Flowers purchase seeds and supplies for the coming year and you reserve your share of our flowers for the coming season. Your purchases make it possible for us to what we love to do.

That said, with your purchase you inherently accept the risk of growing produce and flowers as productivity is at times subjected to Mother Nature. Circus Seed Flowers will do our very best to protect and encourage healthy grow for our plants to flourish so we can provide fresh treasures from our fields to your table or office.

We offer local delivery and pickup based on your selection at checkout. Delivery dates may vary due to weather or flower availability. We’ll contact you if we anticipate any changes. Please ensure someone is available to receive your flowers or designate a safe drop-off location.
